Overview of hydraulic fracturing services

With the ability to independently design fracturing processes, produce fracturing fluid, and distribute liquid for a variety of geological features and reservoirs, CAPE OF GOOD HOPE INTERNATIONAL TRADE PTE LTD is a proficient provider of integrated oilfield stimulation services. Together with these skills, the company has developed a special technology for reservoir stimulation and reconstruction.


  • More than 500 Wells are built every year, and it currently has expertise acidizing and fracturing numerous oil fields both domestically and overseas. With success, he has supplied hydraulic fracturing construction design, production, liquid distribution, and on-site construction technical services for oil fields in Africa, including Changqing, Yanchang, Tuha, Zhejiang, CNPC coal bed gas, and Congo.


For the effective development of both conventional and unconventional reservoirs, fracture is a key stimulation strategy. The number of fracturing stages and the fracturing scale are growing in tandem with the advancement of horizontal well volumetric fracturing technology. Based on years of production and construction experience, our company has developed low and high temperature water-based melon glue fracturing liquid system, efficient polymer emulsion integrated water-based fracturing fluid technology, VES clean fracturing fluid technology, solid hydrochloric acid fracturing technology, etc. in order to continuously adapt to the ever-expanding market demand.


   

(1) Fracturing fluid system


01. The company primarily uses VES clean fracturing fluid, high-efficiency polymer emulsion integrated water-based fracturing fluid, solid hydrochloric acid plugging removal technology, and guanidine gum fracturing fluid due to their broad range of material sources, stable performance, and recyclability as the preferred principle. Depending on the features of the fracturing process and the reservoir, alternate testing of the fracturing fluid can be conducted in a timely manner.


02. Advantages of guanidine gum fracturing fluid system

               

  • Both the technology and the structure are advanced.    
  • Remaining formation pollution can be successfully decreased by using a low-damage water-based      hydraulic fracturing fluid.
  • It is appropriate for fracturing both conventional and unconventional oil and gas reservoirs in the temperature range of 30°C to 180°C due to its resistance to both temperature and shear.
  • Modified guanidine adhesive combined with fracture drainage aid, clay stabilizer, fungicide, organoborate/organozirconium crosslinking agent, waterproof locking agent, and capsule gum breaking agent.

    

(2) Benefits of extremely effective water-based fracturing fluid technology integrating polymer emulsion

  

  • Convenient site construction, a smaller liquid distribution connection, and speedy free conversion of "slippery water, linear glue, and sand carrying liquid" are all achieved.
  • Low friction, resistance to high salinity, and high temperature. interface with the distribution of seawater, formation water, and surface water.
  • Reusing the flowback liquid contributes to water conservation and environmental preservation.


(3)  Advantages of VES clean fracturing fluid 


  •  Rubber breaking liquid does not leave behind any damage, and it easily overflows without leaving any trace, protecting the reservoir from further harm from leftover residue and macromolecules.   
  • It spontaneously breaks down at temperatures associated with oil and gas formations, is reusable, and has exceptional viscoelasticity.

  • Reduces the risk of acid use and transportation, has no waste outflow, is safe and clean, and is simple to use.

  •  To maintain stable and certified additive quality and compliance with standard criteria, reinforce technical supervision and administration of the fracturing liquid system.  
  • Conduct both regular and irregular sampling, and increase the amount of additives and thickening agents in the fracturing liquid system that are randomly inspected. 
  • Analyze the crude oil and core of each well. 

  

(7)Requirements for recovering and using fractured fluid

  

  •  To save the environment, lower the cost of fracturing fluid, and increase construction efficiency, all fracturing flowback fluid must be recycled during the operation. 
  • To stop the blowdown flowback liquid from getting into the mud pool, it is recovered in the sand removal settling tank. 
  • To prevent liquid spoiling, pre-add 0.05% fungicide to the recovered liquid storage tank. 
  • Enough room and power should be provided for by carefully planning where to locate the necessary processing equipment when laying out the well site.

  

(8) Technical measure plan


With the integration of technological research and development centers, oil testing engineering, test engineering, and other petroleum technical service units, the company has built a technical service network that includes acidizing and fracturing. Full technical services, 

including construction design, geological analysis, tool testing, chemical analysis, site command, and hydraulic fracturing construction in accordance with construction process criteria, are provided by engineers qualified in writing, auditing, and construction. Organize the project as the focal point and the project team as the production management unit to guarantee good quality and effective contract performance, as well as efficient production and operation. In addition to offering excellent logistical support, the project department's general design provides financial, material, and human resources.Every project team has three groups: one for production, one for technical work, and one for safety, all of which have an assigned leader. To guarantee the effectiveness of production and operation, an accountability structure is put in place, and the project leader serves as the deputy manager of the project department. The basic liquid distribution team is 

led by chemical experts and other seasoned professionals with years of experience fracturing oil and gas wells. They make correct and quick decisions about the numerous issues that arise on the site and implement the appropriate solution.
